ACTIVE ENGLISH FOR 3RD GRADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: AN ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH TEXTBOOK

Textbooks is a type of instructional media that has significant impact on the learning process. However, one challenging tasks English teachers face regular basis choosing an appropriate textbook for teaching. An investigation required to obtain good textbook. This study focused evaluation and analysis KTSP textbooks Elementary schools’ grade III. The results have shown accordance satisfactory from this it accurate materials, affordable, contain Indonesian cultural appropriacy, methodology, teachers’ guide clear instruction.
